We cannot say enough nice things about Builders & Management Plus and their team. From quotation to project completion, they were extremely professional and friendly. Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman & the owner. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Since we had to replace both the roof on our barn and house, we received A LOT of quotes from companies big and small. Their quote was very reasonable and they took the time to explain everything on there, as well as answer all our questions honestly. Definitely call them!

These guys did a great job. They arrived early stayed late. They replaced my old slate roof from 1896. Tore off slates, redecked and shingles all in 1 day. Would highly recommend this company.

We had to get our roof replaced because of a fallen tree from a storm back in March. The process was initially delayed through our insurance because our first contractor choice refused to take line items off of the claim that were unnecessary because they were trying to milk our insurance for extra money. Needless to say, our insurance company refused to budge and dropped them. We were then recommended this company so we agreed and we're glad that we did. They were very quick to come out to our property and gives us a much more realistic scope of work that aligned with the quote they gave us. It took less than a week after that before a crew was already sent out to our house to start the work. The whole crew worked hard, efficiently, and did beautiful work! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I could not be happier with the job that BMP did. Not only did they do an amazing job on our roof they helped me with my insurance company as well. Andrew helped me understand what the insurance was covering and to get the financing for the rest. Joe and the roof crew were polite and professional. Chad the owner, a very sweet man, came by and made sure we were completely satisfied with the everything being done. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

These guys did a nice job. They were fast and they cleaned up afterwards. When I emailed or called them, they were professional and answered all of my questions. I was really impressed as I saw on my ring doorbell, they were walking around with something that looked like a big magnet, picking up any nails that might’ve been dropped in the grass or parking lot.
